Description: Constructs tree for continuous longitudinal data and
        survival data using baseline covariates as partitioning
        variables according to the 'LongCART' and 'SurvCART' algorithm,

        conditional power and predictive power of success based on
        interim results and probability of success for a prospective
        trial.
